Tim Broadt regularly advises clients on their selection of a business entity for their new endeavor. After establishing the entity, such as a corporation or limited liability company, he works with the client to create the company's organization documents. Tim also represents clients with their business acquisitions and mergers, as well as their financing matters, business litigation, and leasing.

Tim also works with builders and real estate developers. He represents them in land development planning, zoning, title and boundary disputes. He also focuses on real estate tax assessment appeals, and real estate acquisition and financing.

Tim's third concentration is estate planning, wills, and trust and estate administration.

Some of Tim's clients are Pat Croce, the former President of the Philadelphia '76ers, Select Medical Corporation, a national healthcare company with acute care hospitals and over 1,000 physical therapy facilities, Child Guidance Resource Centers, a non-profit company which provides mental health services to children and young adults, and I&I Sling, an international manufacturer of industrial slings.

For the last seven years Tim has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and has an AV Rating, the highest rating available by Martindale-Hubbell's Peer Review rating system.

Tim earned his B.A. degree in 1971 from Franklin and Marshall College and his J.D. from Temple University in 1974 where he served as an editor of the Temple Law Review. In 1982 he received his master's degree in Taxation from Temple University.

Kathleen Farrell is associated with the firm and focuses her practice on the representation of individuals in the areas of estate planning and administration, family law and real estate.

Ms. Farrell held a judicial clerkship for The Honorable John F. Reilly, Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, 1988-1989. She received her juris doctorate degree from Delaware Law School in 1987, after receiving her B.A. degree from Chestnut Hill College in 1978 and an M.A. degree from Villanova University in 1982.

Since 1987, she has been admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state bars as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She was admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 1992.

Jean Gallagher Stoyer focuses her practice on real estate matters, including leases, real estate acquisitions and closings, zoning, and subdivision issues.

Jean has also represented private and public employers in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters, including counseling and litigation relating to labor-management relations, equal employment opportunity/employment discrimination, sexual harassment, railway and airline labor law, wage and hour regulation, Family and Medical Leave Act, education discrimination, and unemployment compensation.

In addition to her law practice, Jean has served as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Methods at Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE. Jean has also dedicated substantial service to community organizations, including serving as Bethel Township Supervisor, a member of the Bethel Township Planning Commission, Vice President of the Board of Trustees of Rachel Kohl Community Library, and a founding member of the Springfield (Delco) High School Alumni Association.

John Dougherty has served as local counsel for national and regional corporations in matters including insurance defense, indemnification, and commercial contract disputes. John also represented Habitat for Humanity of Delaware County in various real estate transactions. Additionally, John advises clients on Pennsylvania Liquor Control Regulations and corporate entity formation and dissolution.

John's litigation experience includes estate-related claims, will contests, bankruptcy matters on behalf of debtors and creditors, and housing discrimination issues.

John interned for The Honorable David Strawbridge, United States Magistrate Judge, and the legal departments of Independence Blue Cross and Pfizer, Inc.

John is an active alumni volunteer for Drexel University and for Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity at Drexel University, the University of Pennsylvania and University of Pittsburgh.
