Jean Gallagher Stoyer focuses her practice on real estate matters, including leases, real estate acquisitions and closings, zoning, and subdivision issues.

Jean has also represented private and public employers in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters, including counseling and litigation relating to labor-management relations, equal employment opportunity/employment discrimination, sexual harassment, railway and airline labor law, wage and hour regulation, Family and Medical Leave Act, education discrimination, and unemployment compensation.

In addition to her law practice, Jean has served as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Methods at Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE. Jean has also dedicated substantial service to community organizations, including serving as Bethel Township Supervisor, a member of the Bethel Township Planning Commission, Vice President of the Board of Trustees of Rachel Kohl Community Library, and a founding member of the Springfield (Delco) High School Alumni Association.

Jean received her A.B. degree with Distinction in 1989 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. in 1992 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an Associate Editor of the Comparative Labor Law Journal (now known as the Journal of Business and Employment Law).
